Warranty Terms and Conditions

  1. 75% of Estimate invoice value should be made at the time of Confirmation of work
    Balance 25% at the time of taking delivery from our company’s premises.Amount
    quoted is valid for 30 days only.Unexpected price hike of raw materials beyond our
    control may be borne by the purchasing party on actual basis.
  2. Transportation,Polishing,Painting,Fixing and Hardware charges will be extra.
  3. Delivery after 60 business days from advance.
  4. NB:Please Provide Scaffolding Facility.
  5. 10% more Fixing Fee if outside home district.
  6. Free accomodation, Electricity, Water shall be provided to our technicians / labours.
  7. Safe Unloading is at your risk and expense.

  13. There is no warranty for wood products that are continuously wet and damaged.
  14. Repair or replacement of a product under warranty will be done at S L S’s discretion
    and judgement once the defective product is returned to S L S. Upon return of the
    defective product to S L S within the warranty period it shall repair/replace the product
    as may be required free of charge at its sole discretion and judgment.
  15. Our Transportation Partner is VRL Logistics.
  16. Delivery and Unloading Conditions
    If the vehicle fails to reach the unloading point due to road access limitations, blocked
    routes, low clearances, or any other site-specific constraints, the risk and cost of delay
    or alternate arrangements will be borne solely by the client.
  17. Liability and Responsibility
    a.The company and its logistics partner shall not be liable for any additional
    transportation, manual unloading, or re-routing costs incurred due to site
    inaccessibility.
    b.It is recommended that clients confirm site access before dispatch and coordinate
    accordingly to avoid any delivery issues.
  18. Force Majeure
    a.The company shall not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by
    events beyond its control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, road
    closures, or vehicle breakdowns.
  19. Acknowledgment
    By booking our transportation services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these
    terms and confirms that the delivery site is prepared for the vehicle as described
    above.

  21. Any matter, not specifically mentioned in the above terms and conditions may be
    settled with mutual consent and the prevailing law of the land.
