TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT – WINDOWS DOORS AND INTERIOR (PRODUCTS)
- All Woods have Warranty only for decaying (interior use only).
- Polishing Warranty is not given by us its Given by Polish brand.
- Hardware Warranty Only for 10 Years.
- No Warranty for Glass.
- Repair or replacement of a product under warranty will be done at S L S’s discretion and judgement once the defective product is returned to S L S. Upon return of the defective product to S L S within the warranty period it shall repair/replace the product as may be required free of charge at its sole discretion and judgment.
- 75% of Estimate invoice value should be made at the time of Confirmation of work Balance 25% at the time of taking delivery.Amount quoted is valid for 30 days only
- Delivery after 60 business days from advance.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
That this contract and the rights and obligations of the parties under this contract shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. The Court of Kottarakkara-691506 Kerala India shall have jurisdiction in case any dispute arises between us in respect of this contract.
